Advanced Donor Assessment
Before any extraction begins, our surgeons perform a detailed microscopic analysis of your donor region to identify the highest-quality follicular units. We assess follicle density, calibre, curvature and grouping to create an extraction map that maximises yield while preserving the donor area's natural appearance.
Precision Extraction with Custom-Calibrated Tools
Using micro-punch tools calibrated specifically to each patient's follicular characteristics, grafts are extracted with minimal trauma to the surrounding tissue. Our extraction geometry minimises transection rates — the #1 determinant of graft quality and survival.
Advanced Graft Processing & Preservation
Extracted grafts are immediately processed in a controlled environment using our proprietary graft holding solution, which maintains cell viability and significantly extends the safe out-of-body time. Grafts are sorted, inspected and prepared under microscopic magnification.
Artistic Recipient Site Creation
The creation of recipient sites is where art meets science. Dr. Zandifar or Dr. Wisiorek hand-craft each site at precise angles (typically 20–45°), densities and orientations to replicate the natural hair growth pattern unique to each patient's scalp anatomy and desired hairline design.
